Policy
It is the policy of Morgan Properties to match each applicant with two forms of identification
and verify their date of birth. If these documents were not received at the time of application,
they must be collected within 72 hours.
Acceptable Forms of Identification
- The first form must be a U.S., foreign, state, or local government-issued photo
identification:- Current state or foreign government-issued driver’s licenses
- Current US or Foreign passports
- US Military Identification card, US Military dependent identification card, or Coast
Guard Merchant Mariner identification - US Native American Tribal Identification Card
- US Temporary Resident Card, form I-688
- US Certificate of Naturalization, form N-550 or N-570
- US Certificate of Citizenship, form N-560 or N-561
- Form I-551 Permanent Resident Card (i.e., the Green Card)
- Unexpired consular ID from Mexico, Guatemala, or Ecuador only (Matricula
Consular ID) - National identification or voter card displaying the applicant’s photo, name, and
date of birth
- The second form of ID must be a Social Security Card or W-2.
- Social Security cards are not kept on file after verification
- If the applicant does not have a US Social Security number, they can
provide an additional document listed above or one of the following
documents in its place:
- US Individual Taxpayer Identification Number Card
- University or College Identification
- Pay Stub
- Bank Statement
- Utility Bill
- Cell Phone Bill
- Birth, Marriage, or divorce certificates or decrees
- If the applicant does not have a US Social Security number, they can

NOTE: It is illegal to photocopy a US-issued government or military I.D. card.
