Check user is in YardiOne and is assigned to Morgan Group
YardiOne > Admin Settings > Users (search) > Groups Tab > Morgan Group
Elevate (Production)
Select Elevate Administration Role
Users > Add New (if adding single user)
Enter First Name, Last Name, Email and Authentication Mode is YardiOne (SAVE)
Role Screen will open with two tabs:
Access and No Access
Select No Access and search for:
MIQ Property Manager for Property Mangers
MIQ Service Manager for Service Managers
(CHECK BOX TO ASSIGN ROLE) - see highlighted box below
FOR BULK IMPORT
Create Excel Spreadsheet with Headers:
FirstName LastName Email InActive AuthenticationMode Culture Roles
FirstName = new user
LastName = new user
Email = new user
InActive = False
AuthenticatonMode = 1
Culture = en-US
Role = specific to role of new user
Users > Import Users
Choose File:
*If users are stating they are unable to login into app please check they are in both YardiOne and Elevate and have a role assigned to them*
**Any complaints regarding the app functionality please ask them to check app version**
